Final testing of the Brayton-designed APG-Neuros gas turbine turbo blower took place this week. This unit is designed for wastewater treatment plants, where it converts waste gases that would otherwise be flared into critical airflow needed throughout the facility. Milestones include overall efficiency (LHV to shaft) of 40% and measured NOX and CO2 emissions levels below 2 and 3 ppm respectively.
